About us

The art of pigmenting the skin is traced back to as early as 5000 B.C.E. The tattoo industry has existed in the United States since the mid-19th century. In the last 30 years, social media and celebrities have influenced tattoo trends tremendously.

Denver, Colorado, is a city with a prominent living art scene, and the tattoo culture reflects that. TATTED UP DENVER is the perfect hub for all relevant tattoo information in Denver. Covering anything from tattoo health, stigmas, unique stories, history, and more!

We are here for tattoo enthusiasts to have easy accessibility and stay informed. There is so much that goes into tattooing, and yet a lack of places to strictly see all of this information. As of recently, there has been a visible rise in tattoo popularity with young adults, and we want to ensure that people our age feel safe and welcomed within the Denver tattoo community.
